| Description | Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme MB Assay Kit is an Assay Kit by Selective Inhibition Method.Based on the bottle type, product model can be classified into Hitachi 7170, Hitachi 7060, Hitachi 7020, Beckman, Toshiba, Mindray, DuPont, Innova, Siemens, KHB, Abbott, Universal types, etc.This product is used to determine Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme MB (CK - MB) activity in human serum.Creatine kinase isozyme is mainly divided into CK - MB, CK - BB, and CK - MM. There is nearly no CKBB in normal serum. So the anti - serum special to M - subunit could form antigen - antibody complex with M - subunit of CKMM and CKMB. The reaction completely inhibit the activity of M - subunit. The activity of CK - MB is equivalent to activity of CK Multiplied by 2. CK catalyzes the reaction between phosphocreatine and Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) to create adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and Creatine. Then Glucose - 6 - phosphate ge nerated from glucose and ATP un der Hexokinase (HK) effect. Final, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) and 6 - phosphoric acid glucose ester formed from Glucose - 6 - phosphate under the oxidation of Glucose - 6 - phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH).
