| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 70 kDa band in rat testis lysates after 0.5 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in scientific literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 115 kDa band according to XP_213209.4 predicted in rat and 118 kDa band in human NP_056041.1 ug. The 70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
