WB: Approx. 25 kDa band observed in human kidney, liver and testis lysates is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 16984987). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human PGRMC1 a band of approx. 26 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.
