The observed molecular weights correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Le Gall et al, J Cell Sci. 2010 Nov 15;123(Pt22):3913-22; PMID: 20980382). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat for this particular batch. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Skin and Thyroid. |
