In IHC-P, staining was observed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of mouse epidermis tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. This antibody is not recommended for Western Blot analysis. |
