WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 38 kDa band in human placenta, lymph node, and tonsil lysates and in lysates of Daudi, Jurkat and MOLT4 after 0.5 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 93.5 kDa band according to NP_003234.2. The 38 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
