WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 90 kDa band in mouse brain lysates and approx. 25 kDa band in human brain (cerebellum), colon, heart and kidney lysates after 0.03 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 121 kDa band according to NP_003957.1. The 90 kDa band and 25 kDa band were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human kidney shows membanous and vesicular staining in PCT cells. |
