| Description | Recombinant Mouse Anti-Extracellular Domain of Human ErbB4 Antibody scFv Fragment (mAb1479). Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb1479) scFv Fragment is specific to Extracellular Domain of Human ErbB4, expressed in E. coli. This scFv fragment localized the binding site of mAb 1479 on ErbB4 to a region on subdomain IV encompassing the residues necessary for ErbB4 cleavage. It also significantly blocked ErbB4 cleavage in breast cancer cell xenografts in vivo, and the inhibition of cleavage was associated with suppression of xenograft growth.Can be useful in applications such as: Western Blot; Immunofluorescence; Functional Study |
