| Description | Anti-mouse Sell/CD62L Monoclonal Antibody. The antibody is specific for a 90000 dalton lymphocyte surface receptor (murine equivalent to human L-selectin/CD62L) for high endothelial venule determinants in peripheral lymph nodes. This receptor appears to be required for lymphocyte homing into lymph nodes in vivo. The antibody binds to a determinant present in a peptide containing the 13 C terminal residues of ubiquitin. It does not bind to native ubiquitin or to ubiquitinated proteins. |
