| Description | The kit is composed by an activated phycobiliprotein that can react with antibodies, or other proteins containing amine groups, by establishing stable amide bonds. The kit contains all devices and reagents to realise the labeling. The kit is composed by four reactive vials and a 500µL spin column. APC labeling kit can tolerate Tris, glycine, and sodium azide. A microcentrifuge ultrafiltration vial can be used to rapidly remove incompatible small molecule antibody stabilizers such as glycerol before labeling. Absorption 650nm. Emission 660nm. |
