Description | Two kinds of receptors for Endothelin have been found, namely Endothelin-A (ETA) receptor and Endothelin-B (ETB) receptor. ETA receptor is ET1 specific and expressed in lung, aorta, atrium, liver, muscle, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, kidney, adrenal, duodenum, colon and placenta at the mRNA or cDNA level, while ETB receptor lacks isopeptide specificity and is found in liver, lung, placenta, kidney, heart and brain. Cellular localization of ETreceptors in these organs or tissues, however, has not been elucidated, although stromal cells, but not epithelial cells of the breast, express ET1 receptor in vitro. Description: Serum. Synonyms: Polyclonal Endothelin B Receptor antibody, Anti-Endothelin B Receptor antibody, EDNRB antibody, Endothelin Receptor type B antibody, ETB antibody, ETRB antibody, ABCDS antibody, HSCR2 antibody, WS4A antibody, ETBR antibody. |
