This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Folate Binding Protein [Bovine Milk] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] and ABTS ELISA PEROXIDASE SUBSTRATE for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 - 1:40,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Highest levels of antigen binding and antibody reactivity were observed using NuncO brand MaxiSorp immunoplates. |
