| Immunogen | A recombinant protein fragment containing the intracellular, transmembrane, and part of the extracellular domain of human podocalyxin was used as the immunogen to generate the 3D3, 4F10 and 2A4 podocalyxin antibody clones (Karshaw, 1997). The 3D3 antibody recognizes an epitope in the extracellular domain, and both the 4F10 and 2A4 antibody clones recognize epitopes in the intracellular domain of podocalyxin. |
