Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 92.9 kDa band according to the smallest reported isoform NP_002432.1. The 38 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human testis shows nuclear staining in spermatocytes. |
