| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave next to a 90 kDa band additional bands at approx. 37 kDa band and 25 kDa band in mouse and rat liver lysates after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 88.3 kDa band according to NP_038523.2. All detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). |
