Western blot: Approx 60kDa band observed in lysates of Human Tonsil and lysates of cell line MOLT4 and Jurkat (calculated MW of 33.8kDa according to NP_000573.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Singh et al, J Biol Chem. 1995 Nov 24;270(47):28471-8; PMID: 7499354). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse for this particular batch. ICC/IF usage is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 23884286). |
