| Description | The Quantikine® Human Total MMP-8 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure total MMP-8 (pro- and active MMP-8) in cell culture supernates, tissue lysates, serum, plasma, platelet-poor plasma, and saliva. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human MMP-8, and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Natural human MMP-8 showed dose-response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine® kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human MMP-8. Range: 0.16 - 10 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.058 ng/mL. Time: 4.5 hours |
