The protein of 40 kDa is covalently coupled with orange dye for easy orientation, and the other proteins are covalently coupled with blue dye for easy visualization.Smart Dual Color Pre-Stained Protein Standard is supplied in gel loading buffer and can be applied directly to a SDS-PAGE gel. |
