CYPerior enzymes are engineered ancestral P450s that exhibit improved properties such as thermal stability, solvent stability, and unique substrate and product profiles.

Each is available coexpressed with native human P450 Oxidoreductase or with an engineered P450 Oxidoreductase. These enzymes are useful for pharmaceutical lead diversification, scale up synthesis, and biocatalysis.

CYPerior CYP1A1_Mam with CPR modification is the ancestral form of the CYP1A1 family and is coexpressed with the modified P450 Oxidoreductase.
