A complete set [PK11, PK16, PK21, PK26, PK31, PK36, PK41 and PK46] of the 8 recombinant Human PKC isoforms  (alpha, beta I, beta II, gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, and eta). It is ideal for confirmation of PKC isoform expression by Western blot. Each vial contains 0.5 µg of the specified PKC isoform,suspended in SDS/mercaptoethanol sample buffer with a bromophenol blue dye marker. Each standard is ready to be loaded onto an SDS PAGE gel as a control.
