This rabbit polyclonal antibody was developed against a peptide corresponding to residues 599 - 613 of the 140 kDa bovine eNOS and specifically reacts with the eNOS isoform in human, rat, and mouse. There is no cross reactivity with iNOS or bNOS. Suitable for use in WB and IHC.
