This polyclonal antibody was developed against a DMPO -octanoic acid adduct conjugated to ovalbumin. It is suitable for ELISA, immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, and other methods requiring a high titer and specificity. Adilution of 1:5000 is typically suitable for detection of DMPO-protein adducts.
