Description

The DIY (Do it Yourself) Elisa Kit C1 or DIYEK C1 (ref LIK-1501B25) is an immunoassay that allows for the determination of endocan and endocan cleaved humans. This kit is designed to analyze 88 samples in duplicate.

Simply have 150 µL of serum or plasma to perform this assay.

This immunoassay is based on the principle of immunodepletion of endocan on ELISA plate with the capture antibody.

The DIYEK C1 (LIK-1501B25) contains the essential compounds to allow quantification of Endocan and its degradation products in biological fluids (serum, plasma, etc.) :

• One vial with anti-human Endocan monoclonal antibody, capture antibody A,
• One vial with anti-human Endocan monoclonal antibody, capture antibody B,
• Four vials of lyophilized recombinant human Endocan for quantification,
• One vial with anti-human monoclonal antibody Endocan, detection antibody A,
• One vial with anti-human monoclonal antibody Endocan, detection antibody B.
• The protocol (inserted with the kit and downloadable from our website).

You can also buy independently of additional human Endocan ranges (companion product: LIP-1101).
