• Corning Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (ECGS), 100mg, is a broadly used supplement to culture a variety of cells, particularly endothelial cells. 
• ECGS contains various growth factors (e.g., acidic FGF or ECGF-a)
• Lyophilized from NaCl-containing buffer with streptomycin sulfate; reconstitute in serum-free medium
• Source: Bovine brain
• Recommended concentration: 50 to 150 µg/ mL of medium depending on cell type. Some primary cells require supplementation of 1 to 100 µg/ mL heparin.
