Description

The LSGS Kit provides, in separate vials, all the components of complete LSGS (S-003-10): fetal bovine serum, hydrocortisone, human epidermal growth factor, and basic fibroblast growth factor/heparin (stabilized with BSA). A vial of gentamycin/amphotericin solution (GA) is also included. Use of GA is optional. When a 500 ml bottle of medium is supplemented with LSGS or the components of the LSGS Kit, the final concentrations of the components in the supplemented medium are:

fetal bovine serum, 2% v/v

hydrocortisone (1µg/ml)

human epidermal growth factor, 10 ng/ml

basic fibroblast growth factor, 3 ng/ml

heparin, 10µg/ml
