Using AccuPrime Pfx SuperMix
AccuPrime Pfx SuperMix is ideal for high-fidelity, high-specificity amplification of DNA fragments for applications such as cloning and mutagenesis. High fidelity is provided by a proprietary enzyme preparation containing recombinant DNA polymerase from Thermococcus species KOD with proofreading activity. Thermostable AccuPrime proteins enhance primer-template hybridization during every cycle, increasing specificity and yield.
