• Allows any size carabiner to be used to attach lifting bridle while keeping both carabiners and lifting bridle on the inside of litter's top rail

• Prevents cross gate and side loading of carabiners while orienting direction of pull along spine of carabiner
• 0.25 in. (6mm) thick with fullround radius on inside edge, allowing attachment protected by top railing
