This is wang rong from Beijing, China. I am going to disclose how optics11 cheated us with my own experience.
In 2016, our company bought Piuma and Chiaro at the price of EUR 37,500 from Optics11. But the two nanoindentation systems have been working abnormally ever since the arrival day. In the past two years, we have been negotiating with Optics11 many many times, they still refuse to repair the systems. Now they even refuse to answer our phone calls and emails. So consumers, please don not get fooled by Optics11.
The optics11 piuma and chiaro Nanoindenter systems can’t be used properly since we bought it at normal price in 2016, it has been delayed for more than 2 years to repair it without any reason, and we strongly require to return it to you!

我公司2016年花费37500欧元购置piuma和 chiaro2套optics11公司压痕系统,2016年购置的piuma和piuma chiaro两套纳米压痕仪,从到货物之日一直不能使用,2年多期间,我们近多次联系荷兰OPTICS11厂家要求就行维修,他们以我们不能销售、租赁为由拒jue维修,现在他们邮件不不回复、电话wu人接听,
Optics11厂家及其中国代理杭州轩辕科技有限公司没能力维修好产品,却以我们扰乱市场为由,要求我们要么接受轩辕的50000美金漫天维修报价(并且只能接受杭州轩辕的口头超过系统的报价,不给正式修正合同和维修报价单,没有任何维修保障),要么接受他们们的10000欧元低价回收,并且又不能依法依规说出我们扰乱市场的理由,欺咋消费者,提供广大消费者谨防上当!
我们2016年花钱正常购买optics11 piuma 和 chiaro纳米压痕系统不能正常工作,optics11wu故拖延2年之久, 强烈要求退货!
