In 2016, our company bought Piuma and Chiaro at the price of 顫�37,500 from Optics11. But the two nanoindentation systems have been working abnormally ever since the arrival day. In the past two years, we have been negotiating with Optics11 many many times, they still refuse to repair the systems. Now they even refuse to answer our phone calls and emails. So consumers, please don not get fooled by Optics11.

The optics11 piuma and chiaro Nanoindenter systems can鈥檛 be used properly since we bought it at normal price in 2016, it has been delayed for more than 2 years to repair it without any reason, and we strongly require to return it to you!
