Limited Use Label License
This product and its use are the subject of one or more of the following US patents: 6,682,907, 7,981,671, 8,093,042, 8,367,068, 8,450,087, 8,460,678, 8,512,994 and/or other foreign patent applications sublicensed to CORNING.
The purchase of this product conveys to the buyer the non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the product and components of the product for research use conducted by the buyer (whether the buyer is an academic or for-profit entity). The buyer cannot disclose information, sell or otherwise transfer this product, its components or materials made using this product or its components to a third party or otherwise use this product or its components or materials made using this product or its components for any commercial purposes including but not limited to:(a)therapeutics, human or veterinary use, (b) clinical and/or diagnostic, (c)in-vitro diagnostics, (d) gene therapy (e) prophylactic use.
If the buyer is not willing to accept the limitations of this limited use statement, CORNING is willing to accept return of the product with a full refund.
