NKI-SAM-1 is suitable for flow cytometry (using 0.5-1 ug for 106 cells) and can be used to determine the VLA-5 expression in peripheral blood monocytes and monocyte derived dendritic cells B cells and B-cell precursors. NKI-SAM-1 can be applied in immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry (frozen sections) and immunoprecipitation. Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titRation. |
