Has been passed through solid phase immunoadsorbent gels to removeantibodies which cross react with bovine, horse, and mouse serum proteins, but antibodies may cross reactwith immunoglobulins from other species. | Application Notes | A dilution range of 1:500-1:5,000 is suggested for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections, 1:5,000 -1:100,000 for ELISA and Western blots with chromogenic substrates and 1:10,000-1:200,000 for Westernblotting with ECL substrates.Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in itsparticular application.Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarilybe excluded.Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity ofhorseradish peroxidase.Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents. |
