| Storage | Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. For long term storage, aliquot and store at-20°C. For extended storage, add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS or better grade) for a final concentration of 50% followed by storage at-20°C. Please note that the concentration of protein and buffer salts will be one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol. In the absence of glycerol, the product may be aliquotd and stored at-70°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Prepare working dilutions only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one year from date of reconstitution. |

| Application Notes | A dilution range of 1:500-1:5,000 is suggested for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections, 1:5,000 -1:100,000 for ELISA and Western blotting with chromogenic substrates and 1:10,000-1:200,000 forWestern blotting with ECL substrates.Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use inits particular application.Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should notnecessarily be excluded.Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity ofhorseradish peroxidase.Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents. |
