Target CD3E. Anti Mouse CD3 epsilon recognizes the Mr 25kD epsilon chain of the CD3 T cell receptor complexexpressed on mouse T cells. The CD3 epsilon is present on thymocytes, CD8+ and CD4+ positive cellsexpressed low level of CD3 epsilon while cells expressing high levels of CD3 epsilon were either CD8+ orCD4+.
