| Application Notes | Aliquot 0.1ml per well of the 50000pg/ml, 25000pg/ml, 12500pg/ml, 6250pg/ml, 3125pg/ml, 1560pg/ml, 780pg/ml human PROC/Protein C standard solutions into the precoated 96-well plate. Add 0.1ml of the sample diluent buffer into the control well (Zero well). Add 0.1ml of each properly diluted sample of human cell culture supernates, serum and plasma(heparin or EDTA) to each empty well. See "Sample Dilution Guideline" above for details. We recommended that each human PROC/Protein C standard solution and each sample be measured in duplicate. |
