| Application Notes | This antigen preparation should be sonicated immediately prior to use to ensure that the preparation is uniform. Purified whole tachyzoite preparation is ideal for IgG detection and many IgM assays. Toxoplasma tachyzoites are extracted from cell culture and cellular protein is removed. All toxoplasma membrane proteins are present in high concentrations. Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. |
