| Application Notes | WB Notes: To detect mIL-12 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-12 is 1.0-2.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. ELISA Notes: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 2000 pg/ml of recombinant murine IL-12 when used with Biorbyt' biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-12 |
