35 beta H11 is reactive on frozen tissue sections after fixation in methanol.It is particularly effective on paraffin-embedded tissues after microwave pretreatment of the slides.In addition, 35 beta H11 is suitable for immunocytochemistry, immunoblotting and flow cytometry.Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration; recommended range is 1:100-1:500 for immunohistochemistry with avidin-biotinylated Horseradish peroxidase complex (ABC) as detection reagent, and 1:100-1:1000 for immunoblotting applications. |
