| Target | IgA. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chain portion of human IgA. Theantibody does not react with the heavy chains on human IgG or IgM, or with light chains common to mosthuman immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non immunoglobulin serum proteins, butantibodies may cross react with IgA from other species. |

| Storage | Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, we suggest the addition of an equal volume of glycerol (ACS or better grade) to make a final glycerol concentration of 50% followed by storage at-20°C, with or without aliquotting. Please note that the concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol. Alternatively, the product may be aliquotd and stored at-70°C or below, in the absence of glycerol. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Expiration Date: one year from date of reconstitution. |
