Aliquot 0.1ml per well of the 6000pg/ml, 3000pg/ml, 1500pg/ml, 750pg/ml, 375pg/ml, 187.5pg/ml, 93.8pg/ml mouse Plexin C1 standard solutions into the precoated 96-well plate. Add 0.1ml of the sample diluent buffer into the control well (Zero well). Add 0.1ml of each properly diluted sample of mouse cell culture supernates, serum and plasma(heparin, EDTA, citrate) to each empty well. See "Sample Dilution Guideline" above for details. We recommend that each mouse Plexin C1 standard solution and each sample is measured in duplicate. |
