| Application Notes | WB Notes: To detect Human sTRAIL/Apo2L by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human sTRAIL/Apo2L is 0.25-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions. ELISA Notes: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant human sTRAIL/APO2L when used with Biorbyt' biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human sTRAIL/APO2L IHC Notes: This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human renal cell carcinoma. The recommended concentration is 2.5 µg/mL- 1.5 µg/mL with an overnight incubation at 4°C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 9.0 buffer is recommended. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary. |
