Recombinant Human Albumin (rHu Albumin) is an animal component-free and serum-free product that is structurally equivalent to native human serum albumin (HSA).

rHu Albumin is a non-glycosylated single-chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of ~66 kDa.  It is manufactured without the use of animal- or human-derived materials. Recombinant Human Albumin (rHu Albumin) is a well-defined, animal-free product that often outperforms plasma-derived HSA. It is frequently used for cell culture applications.
