Assay was performed in Kinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)-biotin substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 mM ATP. Reaction was incubated at 30°C for 30 minutes. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).

45 mM Tris, pH 8, 125 mM NaCl, 2.4 mM KCl, 0.045% Tween-20, 100 mM imidazole and 10% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
