Human FcRn also known as Neonatal Fc receptor is a heterodimer of FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter) and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), GenBank Accession numbers NM_001136019 and NM_004048; a.a. 24-297 and a.a. 1-119 respectively. FCGRT has a C-terminal His-tag and is expressed in an HEK293 expression system. FcRn MW: 32 kDa, B2M MW: 14 kDa.

40 mM MES pH 5.0, 120 mM NaCL and 20% glycerol.

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended, if necessary use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%).
