Enzyme reaction was performed in a buffer (50 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 50 mM NaCl, 10 mM CaCl₂, and 2 mM DTT) containing PADI and 10 mM BAEE as a substrate for 30 min at 37°C.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 80 ng/µl FLAG peptide, 3 mMDTT, and 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
