10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 50mM EDTA, 0.05% Tween 20, 0.1mg/ml BSA and 5nM Nrf2 probe. Incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Fluorescence intensity is measured at exc485/em528.

40 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 3 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution

At least 6 months at –80°C.

Useful for studying protein binding and screening small molecules.
