10 pmol/min/μg

50mM Tris-HCl, 0.5mM EDTA, 0.05% Tween 20, 1mM DTT, 500nM Ubiquitin-AMC. Incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Fluorescence intensity is measured at exc/em of 360nm/460nm using Tecan M1000 plate reader.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 100ug/ml flag peptide, 20% glycerol.

At least 6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
