Reaction was performed in 50 mM Tris pH 7.4, 1 mM DTT. 0.5 mM EDTA, 500 nM Ub-AMC and OTUD6B. Reaction was incubated at 37°C for 15 min and fluorescent signal was measured at excitation of 340 nm and emission at 460 nm.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 250 mM imidazole, 20% glycerol and 3 mM DTT.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at -80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
