One unit of PARP incorporates 100 pmoles of poly(ADP) in 1 minute from NAD into the acid-insoluble form.

Enzyme reaction is conducted using BPS's PARP15 Assay Kit (Catalog #80567) at room temperature for 30 minutes.

40 mM Tris pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween-20, 3 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at -80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
