Assay was performed in a 25 µl reaction containing 40 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl₂, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 100 µM ATP, 0.2 mg/ml Casein and NEK7 for 50 min at 30°C. NEK7 activity was measured using ADP-Glo reagents (Promega).
